TD proudly welcomes new partners Marc J. Derewetzky and Joel Max Eads.  Mr. Derewetzky will practice from the Firm’s new Oakland, CA office.  Mr. Eads will practice from the Firm’s new Philadelphia area office.

A review of New Jersey Bankruptcy Rules Annotated (2011), written by Henry M. Karwowski, appeared in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. The Journal review calls it “the best bankruptcy rules book in the country.”
