The 2013 edition of New Jersey Bankruptcy Rules Annotated, written by Henry M. Karwowski, was recently released.  The book has been called “the best bankruptcy rules book in the country” by the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.

Jennifer Talley moderates at the New Jersey State Bar Association Convention

On May 16 2013, Jennifer Talley moderated a panel entitled “Demystifying Bankruptcy Issues for the State Court Litigators” at the New Jersey State Bar Association Convention. The Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Matthew Heimann of Hill Wallack, and Lauren Bielskie of Becker Meisel also participated in the panel discussion.
