Amanda Graham concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, and insurance coverage.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Graham served as the law clerk for the Honorable Stuart Peim, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County.
As a law student, Ms. Graham was the Senior Articles and Comments Editor and the Symposium Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review. Ms. Graham organized and hosted the Business Law Review’s Symposium entitled “The Florida Condo Crisis: A View from All Perspectives.” Also, Ms. Graham was the recipient of the Louis Phillips Scholarship for students interested in working in bankruptcy. Ms. Graham is a member of the Order of the Coif and she received the Book Award in Evidence and Litigation Skills and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Torts.
