Joel Max Eads concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance coverage/bad faith litigation.
Mr. Eads represents all varieties of clients in sophisticated insurance, pharmaceutical, telecommunication, investment banking, auto manufacturing, securities, contract, unfair competition, partnership, employment, shareholder, product liability, commercial tort, class action, and other matters. He has litigated cases in 13 states and 14 federal jurisdictions.
