Attorney Biography:
Joseph Maddaloni Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of labor & employment law, commercial law, and regulatory & government affairs.
Mr. Maddaloni is a former partner of the law firm of Porzio, Bromberg, and Newman P.C., where he served as co-chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Law Team, and co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Maddaloni is also a former general counsel for an international service company.
Mr. Maddaloni lectures and writes extensively on labor and employment topics with particular emphasis on issues important to the home care industry. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Home Care Association of New Jersey and he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Visiting Homemaker Service of Hudson County.
Mr. Maddaloni is also a former Municipal Attorney. He is well versed in all phases of regulatory & government affairs. He represents clients in matters before municipal, state and federal agencies. He is well versed in both OPRA and FOIA matters, and serves as outside counsel to the New Jersey Government Records Council.
Mr. Maddaloni is a founding member and Trustee of Vero Amici for Charity, a local charitable organization that provides grants and funding to persons and organizations in need in Northern New Jersey.
