Attorney Biography:
Mark Y. Moon concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, public contracting, insurance defense, municipal law, and bankruptcy.
Mark Y. Moon serves as Vice President on the Executive Board of the Essex County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
Mr. Moon serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.
In 2006-07, Mr. Moon served as the law clerk for the Honorable Ned M. Rosenberg, Judge of the Superior Court, Essex County.
Mr. Moon is a member of the Bankruptcy Inn Court and the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey.
As a law student, Mr. Moon served as Managing Business Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.
