Sam Della Fera, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate reorganization, debtor/creditor rights, bankruptcy,
and commercial litigation. Mr. Della Fera represents corporate debtors, trustees, creditors' committees, secured creditors, landlords and other parties in interest in all aspects of Chapter 11 and 7 cases, and counsels debtors and creditors in restructurings and workouts outside of bankruptcy.
Mr. Della Fera is a former director of Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione, P.C.
Mr. Della Fera has served as Program Chairperson and Moderator for the NJ ICLE Skills and Methods Course on Bankruptcy Practice in New Jersey.
In 2006 and 2008, Mr. Della Fera was named a "New Jersey Super Lawyer" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
