Attorney Biography:
Scott J. Koplik concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, debtor/creditor rights, and municipal law.

In 2008, Mr. Koplik was appointed to the Executive Committee for the Essex County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.

From Summer 2006 through Spring 2007, Mr. Koplik served as Production Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter, a quarterly journal of feminist legal scholarship.  The WRLR was founded in 1970 by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, among other feminist activists, legal scholars, and law students.
