Joni Noble McDonnell concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and regulatory and government affairs.

Ms. McDonnell has assisted, in particular, in the representation of clients such as the Township of West Orange, the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority, Goldman Sachs, and the Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties.

In 2003, the Newark Municipal Council awarded Ms. McDonnell with a Resolution commending her efforts in connection with the representation of Newark citizens in tax appeals.
