Attorney Biography:
Shoshana Schiff concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Schiff is currently a member of the Seton Hall University School of Law Alumni Council. In 2000-02, she served as Chair of the Seton Hall University School of Law Young Alumni Council.

Ms. Schiff is active in several volunteer and charitable organizations, including the annual Kids in Business Art Auction, for which she served as the Student Chairperson in 1996 – 1998. She serves also as Secretary of Friends of Our Children’s Foundation of New Jersey and a Board Member of Our Children’s Foundation of New Jersey.

Ms. Schiff has served as Membership Chair of the Essex County Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Section, the Essex County Representative to the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, the Essex County Democratic Committee Woman for West Orange District 14, and a Seton Hall University School of Law Women’s Law Forum Alumni Advisor. In 2007, Ms. Schiff received the Essex County Bar Association Young Lawyers Achievement Award.

In 1998-99, Ms. Schiff served as the law clerk for the Honorable Robert Feldman, Judge of the Superior Court, Monmouth County, Civil Division.
